Submitting Projects
Once your organization has been accepted as one of our partners, submitting projects is incredibly easy! Simply fill out the below form, agree to the terms, and then click submit. We'll reach out to you within a few business days to let you know we've received your request and will begin the approval process.
Project Lifecycle

A project form and agreement are completed and submitted to the Banded Efforts Organization.

The project will go into pending status while the organization determines whether or not the project will be approved.

During this process, the organization may reach out to the submitting partner to clarify specifics on the form and may collaborate on circumstantial agreements. For example, the project may stay in pending status until proper permits are acquired.

Once the project is approved, Banded Efforts creates a page for the new project on the website and will gather all of the information the partner wishes to have displayed on that page. It is required to have at least one picture for the project so that it can be displayed on the “Projects” page of the website. The individual project page is also where financial statements will be posted.

The project will now stay in approved status until it has been funded. Once the funding has reached the partner, the project will be underway!

After the project has been completed, the partner will notify Banded Efforts, and a final analysis of the project will be conducted. The results of this analysis will be posted on the project’s page, and the project will be placed into a completed status.
